Provide on-site training for Elite Legal Software. Assist with management of projects such as acquisitions and mergers that involve firms’ Elite systems.

District Service Manager, 1997 - 2001
Managed point of service operations for printer/computer/copier/mass storage and microfilm equipment covering Eastern PA, Delaware and New Jersey region. Managed staff consisting of area supervisors, digital network engineers, field service engineers, customer education specialists and business support administrators. Integral to position was daily use of proprietary service time, parts and financial tracking mainframe database systems. Provided complete contract support for over 6,000 units manufactured by Kodak, Apple, Canon, HP, IBM, Xerox, Sharp, Toshiba, Savin, Riso and Minolta.
